Bid documents carry your pricing and your customers' project details. Here is what happens to them.
Nothing sensitive through the website
Our website forms only take contact details. Please don't put pricing or project details in the message box.
Our NDA comes first
Before any files change hands, we send you our NDA to sign.
Your files are used for your bid only
We never use your plans or pricing for another customer's bid.
Deleted within 30 days
We delete your files within 30 days of delivering the analysis, unless you ask us to keep them.
Past estimates are optional
Past estimates help us price the way your shop does, but you can start without them.
